OAK BROOK, Ill. (Jan. 21, 2008) – Crowe Chizek and Company LLC is ranked eighth among Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) audit firms, according to a list released by Public Accounting Report (PAR) last month.
PAR, a widely circulated independent publication covering the public accounting profession, lists firms based on total fees pulled from SEC filings, with Crowe ranked eighth. For fiscal year 2007, which ended March 31, 2007, PAR reported Crowe’s total SEC fees at $30.7 million, an increase of 28 percent since the prior fiscal year.
