FFIEC Revises Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money LaunderingExamination Manual

The July 28, 2006 manual, "Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Examination Manual," provides additional guidance on how a financial institution's BSA/AML/OFAC compliance program will be evaluated during a federal examination. There are several changes, modifications, and clarifications in the 2006 manual.
