Rick Greene has more than 20 years of healthcare industry experience in restructuring, financial management, operational improvement, strategic plan development and implementation, and buy-side due diligence in both bankruptcy and out-of-court situations.

Prior to joining Crowe Horwath LLP, Mr. Greene was the director of financial services for LBMC Healthcare Group LLC, where he led the healthcare financial consulting practice. This practice worked with private equity firms and proprietary and tax-exempt hospitals to maximize revenue, streamline costs, develop strategic plans, and perform due diligence on potential acquisitions.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Greene served as the chief financial officer and treasurer for Surgical Alliance Corp., a developer of specialty surgical hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers. He also worked for Ernst & Young LLP as a senior manager in its assurance and advisory business services practice, where he focused on healthcare clients that included one of the largest publicly held hospital chains in the country.

Mr. Greene holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from Carson-Newman College. He is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Financial Executives Institute, and the Turnaround Management Association.
