Robin Reinhard has more than eight years of transaction services and restructuring advisory experience primarily within the retail, manufacturing, and distribution industries. She has assisted in balance sheet restructurings and has provided crisis management services including development and analysis of business plan financial models and detailed cash flow projections. She has assisted in negotiations related to reorganization issues and options including financing, capital structure, exit strategies, and optimal operating capacity.

Prior to joining Crowe Horwath LLP, Ms. Reinhard was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s business recovery practice before joining the transaction services practice of KPMG LLP.

Ms. Reinhard holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from Clemson University and a Masters of Accountancy degree from The University of Georgia. She is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Turnaround Management Association.
