OAK BROOK, Ill. (March 6, 2008) — Crowe Chizek and Company LLC, one of the nation’s largest public accounting and consulting firms, has been recognized by best places to work programs in Indiana, Kentucky, New Jersey, Tennessee and south Florida.
The awards are based, in part, on the work/life programs Crowe provides its more than 2,400 personnel. These include Crowe’s road warrior program, Women Into Leadership program, flexible work arrangements and personnel assistance programs. In addition, all personnel participate in CareerLink, Crowe’s career development and performance management program.

Since January 2008, Crowe has won the following best places to work awards:
- Indiana – With offices in Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, South Bend and Elkhart, Crowe has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana. The program is managed by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. This marks the third straight year Crowe has been recognized by the Best Places to Work in Indiana program.
- Kentucky – With offices in Lexington and Louisville, Crowe has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky. This program is sponsored by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management State Council. This is the fourth consecutive year that Crowe has been recognized as a best place to work in Kentucky.
- New Jersey – With offices in Livingston and Mount Laurel, Crowe was named one of the 50 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. The program is produced by NJBIZ. This marks the second straight year that Crowe has been recognized by the 50 Best Places to Work in New Jersey program.
- Tennessee – With offices in Knoxville and Nashville, Crowe was selected as one of the Best Employers in Tennessee. The program is sponsored by Business Tennessee magazine, in partnership with the Society for Human Resource Management – Tennessee State Council and the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This is the second consecutive year that Crowe has been recognized as a best employer in Tennessee.
- South Florida – With offices in Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, Crowe was named one of south Florida’s Best Places to Work. The program is sponsored by the South Florida Business Journal. This marks the second straight year that Crowe has been recognized in south Florida’s Best Places to Work program.
