OMB Circular Proposed Changes: A Three-Part Webinar Series, Session 2

Part two of the three-part series on the proposed OMB Circular changes for Circular A-133 will be presented by Christine Torres, CPA, of Crowe. This webinar will provide an update based on new guidance released for comment from the Office of Management and Budget related to the annual single audit for organizations. The webinar should help organizations prepare for the annual compliance audit incorporating these changes and will include information on the changes related to the overall threshold, the major program threshold, and the audit requirements.

The final part of the three-part series on the proposed OMB Circular changes for Circular A-133 will be presented by Mark Maraccini, CPA, of Crowe. This webinar will cover the modifications proposed to the subrecipient monitoring requirements for entities that pass federal funds through to subrecipients. The proposed modifications recommend dramatically increased responsibilities for pass-through entities. This webinar will provide practical tools and guidance that organizations can use to meet these requirements with a limited budget.
