Crowe’s Talent Referral Program offers $1,000 to $10,000 cash bonuses to our people for successfully referring friends and acquaintances from their network to the firm. To help encourage more referrals of experienced job candidates, prizes were raffled to those who successfully referred candidates through the end of our fiscal year ending March 31 (FY16). Congratulations to Juergen Meyer (Atlanta), who won the grand prize raffle drawing – a vacation voucher worth $2,500.
“The referral program is an opportunity to select dedicated people we know, like and respect to join us as colleagues,” said Juergen, who recently earned a referral bonus for bringing on David Lloyd (Atlanta). “I enjoyed working with David at a previous employer and felt that his personality and experience would be a great fit at Crowe.” So, how will Juergen use his travel voucher? “My family would like to put the voucher toward either a Disney cruise or a visit to Disney World during an upcoming school break,” Juergen shared. Of the 386 experienced hires like David who joined Crowe in FY16, 131 came through our Talent Referral Program. This represented a 33 percent increase from the previous year and made referrals our top source of hires last fiscal year.
