Our values code brings together the guiding principles that all members of the firm, regardless of title or position, are expected to use in their interactions with colleagues and clients. It explains to personnel the standards and expectations of ethical conduct that Crowe Horwath LLP requires when doing business, wherever that might be. Simply stated, it’s how we live our core values — care, share, invest, and grow.
In an effort to maintain a values-driven workplace environment — in our own offices and at client locations — Crowe’s values code contains guidelines regarding the responsibility our personnel hold in acting with the utmost of integrity and professionalism. This includes identifying and reporting wrongful behavior. A values hotline called Listen Up™, which is a confidential reporting system by SAI Global, provides our personnel an additional way of bringing forward ethics or compliance concerns.
