Step Up to Your Future
We begin by collecting resumes from a variety of sources including career fairs, campus events, job postings, and referrals. Your resume and qualifications then will be reviewed by our recruiting team. If your skills and interests match one of our available positions, we’ll connect you to our hiring process, which typically follows the steps outlined below.
||We’ll set up one or two 30-minute face-to-face interviews at the career center. We’ll get to know you, understand your objectives, and evaluate your qualifications. You’ll have the opportunity to share details about your experiences, skills, and knowledge. You’ll be asked a variety of questions about your work history, educational background, and extracurricular involvement.
||The next step is to visit a Crowe Horwath LLP office. You’ll hear about what it’s like to work at Crowe, and the team will have a chance to learn more about you through the course of the day.
||At the end of your office visit, we’ll collect feedback and determine if we’re ready to extend an offer. Should we feel you’d be a fit for Crowe, you’ll be made a formal offer of employment typically within two weeks.
||Once you accept our offer, we will stay in touch through our outreach program until your start date.
Based on hiring needs, we might recruit on campus in the spring, as well. For more information about spring recruiting at your university, please contact your career services department or check our university events page.
If we are not scheduled to visit your campus this academic year, please submit your resume online. You will receive an email confirmation when we receive your completed candidate profile. Our campus recruiting team will review your qualifications against our current needs. If we have an opening that matches your qualifications and interests, we will contact you by phone or email to set up an interview. If we are unable to provide you with an interview at this time, we will keep your resume active in our system and immediately contact you if an appropriate position becomes available. Submit Resume
