Dennis Hild is a director in the Crowe Horwath LLP risk consulting group. In his current role, Dennis serves as the firm’s direct liaison to federal banking regulators and legislators. He closely monitors updates to guidance and serves as a technical adviser on the firm’s financial services engagements. Dennis also leads the firm’s participation in national banking trade associations.
Dennis has more than 20 years of experience working with financial institution regulatory policy. He provides support to clients and the firm on technical inquiries related to:
- Supervisory updates
- Legislative affairs
- Regulatory examination readiness
- Credit risk management
- Governance and internal audit
Prior to joining Crowe, Dennis was a commissioned bank examiner and supervising analyst with the Federal Reserve. He also served as vice president of accounting and financial management policy with America’s Community Bankers.
