Event Details

CPE Credit Event

Regulators are focusing in on commercial real estate (CRE) portfolios. With the added dynamic of CECL requirements will require banks and other financial services organizations (including those with less than $10 billion in assets) to improve risk management and credit portfolio management to better stratify loan portfolios and understand all concentrations.

This webinar will discuss how a holistic approach to CRE risk management can help banks and other financial services organizations accomplish their objectives while complying with regulatory expectations.

As a result of participating in this event, you should be able to:

  • Explain why CRE concentrations are top of mind and getting so much attention
  • Identify new ways banks and financial services organizations can look at their CRE concentrations internally (management) and through their loan review process (internal or external)
  • Build simple but dynamic stress testing capabilities for your bank or financial services organization
  • Examine how stress testing plays into CRE concentrations – not just for banks with over $10 billion in assets
