Boot camps and intensive training sessions are offered on Monday, Sept. 17 and Thursday, Sept. 20. This year's programming features completely revamped topics on RCA, net revenue and finance, reimbursement, revenue cycle and physicians for a deep-dive, hands-on learning experience.

Introduction to RCA (formerly 101)

Reimbursement Strategies in the Medicare Cost Report*

The course covers the importance of the cost-reporting process and how to use the cost report as a management tool. You will also learn: (1) how to leverage different sources of information to meet operational and reimbursement needs. (2) the importance of collaboration between a provider organization’s revenue cycle and reimbursement functions. (3) Implications the wage index, uncompensated care, and other ACA requirements such as Medicare DSH and SSI ratios have on reimbursement. (4) Explore the driving forces of the Medicare Cost Report that are most important to senior financial executives.

Our cancellation and refund policy for paid sessions is as follows:

  • 31 – 100 days prior to event: 100% refund
  • 0 – 30 days prior to event: 0% refund/organization substitution allowed
